Head Electrical Engineer

Head Electrical Engineer to lead the electrical engineering discipline. This is not a staff-level design position—it is a department leadership role that requires excellence across three dimensions: technical mastery, people leadership, and business acumen.

The successful candidate will serve as the technical authority for electrical engineering across the firm, lead and develop the electrical staff, take ownership of client relationships in their discipline, and contribute directly to the firm’s business development and financial performance.

This position reports to the President/CEO and carries a clear pathway to Principal and equity participation based on demonstrated performance across all three leadership dimensions.
