Your first mission is to shape a team that moves fast. A team able to run bold, innovative experiments while building rock-solid features that scale. You will foster a culture where innovation meets excellence. A spirit fueled by ambition, energy, and the drive to create a world-class product.

As Head of Engineer, you'll guide our iOS and Android engineers in close collaboration with the backend. You'll lead by example, make key technical decisions, and work alongside the team to turn vision into reality. You'll have full autonomy to shape how we build and grow, working hand in hand with Product. Together with QA and Design, you'll deliver an app experience that's fast, smooth, and loved by millions.

What you'll do:

- Own the delivery of the product vision - Make key technical calls, balancing innovation and tech debt - Lead and support your team, encouraging ownership and collaboration - Establish clear performance objectives and provide guidance to ensure team alignment with business and technical goals - Continuously improve the way your team work-improving workflows, tools, and ways of building - Provide technical direction that influences the entire company
