Ideal Candidate Profile

• The candidate must have strong technical competency in AI-powered SDLC, with hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Claude or Kiro. • The candidate should be deeply hands-on with Java as the primary programming language, with AWS experience considered as a desired qualification. • This is a second-line manager role where the candidate will manage Engineering Managers and Principal Engineers rather than individual contributors directly. • Beyond technical depth, the candidate must exhibit strong leadership qualities, including the ability to mentor, influence, and drive accountability across multiple layers of management. • The candidate should be more of a technologist at heart, but equally strong in operational skills, someone who can balance engineering excellence with delivery discipline. • Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to navigate and align across cross-functional teams and senior leadership. • The candidate must have prior hands-on experience in an individual contributor role before transitioning into leadership, ensuring credibility with engineering teams
