My client that is part of the mining sector is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager. This is a global organization that has opened its doors over 90 years ago. The successful individual will be a strong leader who would manage the finance function in accordance with the company’s framework and values.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial and statutory compliance
• Governance of financial policies
• Manage the preparation of annual financial statements
• Manage the treasury activities
• Control all financial data integrity
• Tax review
• Manage the preparation of information for the BBBEE audits

Education and experience

• CA(SA)
• At least 6 years post article experience in the corporate environment
