Head of Growth

Job Summary

• We are building a next-generation Nigerian neobank and are looking for a Head of Growth to help scale our mobile app from the ground up.
• This is a hands-on role for a builder who wants to design and run the entire growth engine—from acquisition to activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the app growth strategy.
• Drive user acquisition, activation, and funded accounts.
• Increase deposits, transactions, and card usage.
• Optimize onboarding and lifecycle journeys.
• Run growth experiments and A/B tests.
• Build partnerships and community-led growth.
• Track and report core growth KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, neobank, telco, or consumer tech.
• Strong data and experimentation mindset.
