About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, eCommerce, and operations—responsible for both strategy and execution across all growth channels.

You’ll oversee agencies where applicable, but also execute directly—launching campaigns, optimizing funnels, and driving performance across every touchpoint.

What You’ll Own

Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Own end-to-end growth across paid, organic, lifecycle, and marketplaces
  • Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Identify and test new growth opportunities across channels

Paid Media & Acquisition

  • Manage and optimize campaigns across:
    • Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube)
    • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
    • TikTok
    • Amazon Ads & marketplaces
  • Oversee agencies and freelancers while holding them accountable to performance
  • Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve ROAS

Content & Creative

  • Lead product content strategy (PDPs, listings, ad creatives)
  • Manage UGC creation and creator relationships
  • Balance brand storytelling with performance-driven creative

Social, Lifecycle & Retention

  • Oversee social media strategy and execution
  • Own email & SMS (flows + campaigns)
  • Drive retention, LTV, and repeat purchase behavior

Affiliate & Influencer

  • Recruit and manage affiliates and creators
  • Build scalable influencer and UGC pipelines

Marketplace & Operations

  • Support Amazon and marketplace performance
  • Coordinate with operations on inventory planning for campaigns

Analytics & Performance

  • Own key metrics: revenue, CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate
  • Build reporting and use data to drive decisions

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in eCommerce or growth marketing
  • Strong experience across paid media (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon)
  • Deep understanding of DTC funnels and conversion optimization
  • Experience managing agencies and/or freelancers
  • Hands-on with platforms like Shopify, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, PostPurchase Pro, etc.
  • Analytical, scrappy, and execution-focused

Bonus Points

  • Experience scaling a brand significantly
  • Strong creative instincts (ads, UGC, landing pages)
  • Experience building teams or functions from scratch

Compensation

Salary range: $90k – $120k
