Role Overview

The Head of Growth & Loyalty Marketing is responsible for driving sustainable, profitable growth across key commercial levers, including Affiliates, Partnerships, Loyalty, and Promotions.

This role focuses on aligning acquisition and customer value strategies to support long-term business performance, brand positioning, and customer engagement.

This is a contract (maternity cover) and is well suited to someone who can quickly build context, take ownership, and drive impact in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead Affiliate growth strategy
  • Own and scale affiliate channel performance, including partner relationships and commercial outcomes
  • Drive partner acquisition, reactivation, and diversification across the ecosystem
  • Define and lead Loyalty strategy, including positioning and customer value proposition
  • Lead Promotional strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and brand positioning
  • Drive integration across acquisition and loyalty levers to create a cohesive growth approach
  • Deliver performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, Product, and Data teams

Key Performance Indicators

  • Revenue and contribution from Affiliate and Partnership channels
  • Traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and overall efficiency
  • Partner growth, activation, and retention
  • Customer engagement and repeat purchase behavior
  • Promotional effectiveness (revenue and efficiency)
  • Contribution to overall business growth and customer lifetime value

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or affiliate/partnership roles
  • Experience managing and scaling revenue-driving digital channels
  • Strong commercial and analytical background
  • Ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable strategies
  • Experience working across both acquisition and retention / loyalty initiatives
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
  • Experience in e-commerce or consumer-facing businesses preferred
