Key Responsibilities
- Own the full growth funnel for Circles, including acquisition, conversion, retention, and upgrades
- Drive paid marketing performance by planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns across various channels
- Lead a cross-functional growth team focused on achieving profitable growth
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of growth or performance marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Deep experience in paid user acquisition across mobile and social platforms
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making
- Experience marketing a subscription product and understanding of LTV and sustainable growth
