In a context of strong traction and opening of new markets, we are looking for one of our clients a Head of Growth to structure, accelerate, and scale our growth.
Here, no siloed role: you take charge of the entire growth engine, from demand generation to revenue generated.
👉 Your role: transform opportunities into concrete results, by building a data-driven, ambitious, and scalable approach. You will work at the heart of business issues, with direct responsibility for commercial performance.
🌍 Scope: France + international development (UK, Spain, and beyond)
You will drive the growth vision and its implementation:
Responsibilities
- Conceive acquisition strategies adapted to each market
- Explore and activate different levers (paid, SEO, partnerships, outbound…)
- Identify new growth opportunities
- Test quickly, learn fast, and amplify what works
- Allocate resources where the impact is maximal
👉 You are responsible for overall traction, not just actions. You take a high-level view of the entire cycle:
- Acquisition → Activation → Conversion → Revenue
Concretely, you will:
- Rethink and streamline user journeys (demo, trial…)
- Identify breaking points and improve the experience
- Launch regular experiments (CRO, UX, messaging)
- Implement reliable indicators to track performance
- Improve conversion at each stage of the funnel
👉 Your obsession: convert more, and better.
- Clarify and evolve qualification criteria (MQL, SQL…)
- Optimize the conversion of leads into concrete opportunities
- Integrate field feedback into your strategies
- Co-pilot pipeline generation
👉 You contribute directly to commercial results.

- Define geographic priorities
- Adapt messages and offers to local specificities
- Test go-to-markets quickly
- Industrialize what works to scale
