About

A highly reputable group is looking for a Head of Legal to join their Singapore office.

Responsibilities

• Support the group’s legal, corporate governance and corporate secretary functions.
• Ensure the group operates within its legal framework while supporting its investment and portfolio entities.
• Serve as an advisor for investment transactions, acquisitions, divestment, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Degree in law with at least 15 to 20 years of experience.
• Authorization to practice law in Singapore or a common‑law jurisdiction.
• Strong business partner with experience in corporate law and M&A / investment related transactions.
