Allium is building the system of record for onchain finance by ingesting, verifying, and standardizing data across 140+ blockchains and 30+ petabytes of history. It addresses four structural gaps: semantic, standardization, infrastructure, and accountability gaps to provide a neutral, canonical data layer for institutions.
Finance is moving onchain with rapid growth in stablecoins, tokenized assets, trading, staking, and lending. Institutions need a trusted source of truth for onchain financial activity. Allium serves finance, accounting, risk teams, engineers, product teams, strategy, research, and executive teams.
The Role
We’re hiring our first Head of Marketing to build and own the marketing function from scratch. This role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with GTM leadership. The focus is on building pipeline, shaping positioning, and establishing Allium as the default brand for blockchain data among engineers, analysts, and institutions. Strong preference for NYC-based candidates.
What You’ll Own
- Brand & Positioning
- Define and own Allium’s narrative across multiple segments
- Distill complex data infrastructure into clear messaging for technical and executive audiences
- Build the category story around trustworthy blockchain data
- Demand Generation & Pipeline
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns with sales teams
- Own content strategy including blogs, reports, keynotes, docs, case studies
- Implement ABM targeting high-value accounts
- Developer & Community Marketing
- Build presence in developer ecosystem via hackathons, API docs, partnerships, community channels
- Create feedback loops between developer usage and messaging
- Events & Ecosystem
- Manage presence at key industry events
- Drive co-marketing with ecosystem partners
- Marketing Operations
- Build marketing tech stack and measurement framework
- Align marketing KPIs with ARR targets
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 8+ years in B2B marketing, experience at developer-facing infrastructure, data, or fintech company
- Experience building marketing from early stage without large team or budget
- Deep understanding of Web3/blockchain ecosystem
- Strong written communication skills
- Data-driven mindset
- Proven collaboration with sales/GTM teams
Preferred
- Experience marketing to both technical and institutional audiences
- Familiarity with on-chain analytics tools
- Background in developer relations or technical content programs
