Position Overview
Performance Marketing Head – full‑time, on‑site role located in Nagpur. This role involves strategizing and managing digital/performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Responsibilities
- Strategize and manage digital/performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Oversee paid marketing efforts.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics.
- Conduct competitor research.
- Identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as sales, product, and design to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
- Will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by developing, executing, and optimizing data‑driven digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Display) to maximize ROI.
- Run ROI‑focused ad campaigns across Meta, Google, marketplaces, and affiliate channels to drive high‑value traffic and conversions.
- Use analytics and A/B testing to reduce drop‑offs and improve.
- Define pricing, positioning, and creative angles to maximize market response.
- Lead and align teams across growth marketing, product, tech, and operations to ensure flawless execution of business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the automotive industry or operating in a startup environment is advantageous.
- Creative problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify target audiences, opportunities, and trends.
- Strong skills in Marketing Management and Sales to drive impactful campaigns and strategies that align with business objectives.
- Experience in Public Relations to enhance brand visibility and maintain relationships with media and key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics, interpret data insights, and adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Track Record (Mandatory): Proven contribution to scaling a brand to ₹20–25 Crore+ in yearly revenue.
Skills
- Deep knowledge of the D2C ecosystem — paid media (Meta, Google), funnel building, CRO, and retention marketing.
- Strong experience in a D2C, marketing, #performancemarketing, or business leadership role, preferably in the autocare or automotive products industry, D2C, Ecommerce etc.
- Industry Fit: Experience with automotive product brands (3M, Turtle Wax, Wavex, Shinex, etc.).
- Technical Tools: Proficient with Shopify, GA4, Ads Manager, and CRM tools such as Klaviyo.

- Must be Nagpur‑based or willing to relocate.
