About the role

Key responsibilities

  • Lead execution across campaigns, content, listings, paid media, and creative; drive revenue contribution, conversion, and ROI
  • Own and manage the marketing budget; allocate spend based on ROI, strategic importance, and stock availability; track spend and optimise allocation continuously

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of marketing experience in retail, distribution, or ecommerce
  • Proven team leadership experience
  • Proven experience managing budgets and ROI
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Commercial thinking, datadriven decision making, strong communication, operational excellence, and ability to manage complexity
