About the role
Key responsibilities
- Lead execution across campaigns, content, listings, paid media, and creative; drive revenue contribution, conversion, and ROI
- Own and manage the marketing budget; allocate spend based on ROI, strategic importance, and stock availability; track spend and optimise allocation continuously
- Align Sales, Brand Managers, Directors, and Vendors; manage expectations, approval processes, and structured reporting
- Execute campaigns across B2B and B2C to drive reseller sellout and enduser demand
- Improve listing quality and conversion; ensure SEO and content consistency; drive marketplace performance
- Lead the marketing team across campaigns, content, creative, and operations; implement workflows and systems; build accountability and a performance culture
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of marketing experience in retail, distribution, or ecommerce
- Proven team leadership experience
- Proven experience managing budgets and ROI
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Commercial thinking, datadriven decision making, strong communication, operational excellence, and ability to manage complexity
