About the role
Mission
The Head of Product Operations is responsible for the operational efficiency of AI6's product-project chain. They streamline interfaces between the Product function (vision, roadmap, design) and project execution with clients (deployments, integrations, go-lives).
They lead the implementation of practices, tools, and indicators that enable AI6 to industrialize the delivery of its products at scale, while preserving quality and innovation. They work in close collaboration with the Product department, product managers by scope, and Engineering leads.
Scope
Product-Project Practices Industrialization
- Definition and deployment of standard release processes: release preparation, environment management (dev, staging, production), deployment procedures, incident management.
- Industrialization of client onboarding: environment preparation, initial configuration, user training, post-go-live support.
- Implementation of version management and backward compatibility practices between products.
Product Roadmaps Coordination
- Coordination of AI6 product roadmaps to identify dependencies, resource conflicts, and pooling opportunities.
- Preparation of prioritization decisions between products, in conjunction with the Product department and the CEO.
- Facilitation of coordination meetings between product managers to share best practices and anticipate joint projects.
Product Indicators and Dashboards
- Implementation of product dashboards (quality, performance, adoption, user satisfaction) for internal teams and clients.
- Definition of standard product steering indicators: feature usage rate, AI model performance, execution quality indicators.
- Industrialization of client reporting production.
Tooling and Internal Platform
- Co-construction with the Engineering team of internal product management tools (ticket management, features, backlog, incidents).
- Improvement of product documentation and user guides.
- Implementation and facilitation of user feedback channels (clients, claims managers, insured parties).
Client Delivery Quality
- Oversight of client deployment quality: preparation, execution, post-deployment monitoring.
- Coordination with sales teams and engineering leads to align client commitments with delivery capabilities.
- Facilitation of product-project quality reviews with key clients.
