Your Role

In this key position, you will take holistic responsibility for the strategic and operational further development of our SaaS product – from both a business and technology perspective. You will actively shape the future of our product, develop a clear vision, and consistently drive its implementation together with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the long-term product strategy, combining business goals with technological excellence
• You continuously develop and refine the product vision and convince internal and external stakeholders
• You work closely with the architect and product owner to define a well-thought-out roadmap
• You actively shape the pricing model of our product and develop it further based on data
• You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and drive their implementation
• Data protection and data security are your responsibility – especially in the context of ISO 27001

Your Profile

• At least 7 years of professional experience as a Senior Product Manager, Team Lead, or in a comparable role in the SaaS environment
• Completed university degree, ideally in engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field
• Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to translate visions into concrete actions
• Excellent communication skills and a good feel for team dynamics and user needs
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Knowledge of French, Italian, and/or Portuguese is an advantage
