Head of Program Operations

A leading global specialty insurer is seeking a Head of Program Operations to lead and transform its North American delegated authority platform.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for end-to-end operational ownership of program business, including governance, financial controls, claims oversight and technology enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all operational aspects of delegated authority programs across North America
• Oversee MGA, MGU, and TPA performance, compliance, and accountability
• Own premium and claims bordereaux governance and reporting
• Drive financial discipline including reconciliation, funding, and variance resolution
• Lead TPA funding structures and audit processes
• Partner cross-functionally with underwriting, claims, finance, actuarial, and technology teams
• Act as the operational escalation point for program-related issues
• Drive technology roadmap and modern operational capabilities

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in delegated authority / program business
• Strong understanding of MGA / MGU / TPA relationships
• Expertise in bordereaux, claims operations, and financial controls
• Leadership experience with both onshore and offshore teams
• High-energy, solutions-oriented and forward-thinking mindset
