For French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced management professional for the position of Head of Delivery OnSite. In this role, you assume global responsibility for the OnSite services and projects department. You manage the teams of Service Managers, project managers, as well as the OnSite Support teams. The position reports directly to the Chief Service & Delivery Officer. This function requires a strong understanding of business challenges and contributes significantly to customer satisfaction, the development of acquisition activities, and sustainable growth in French-speaking Switzerland.
Responsibilities
- Global responsibility for the Delivery and OnSite projects department for French-speaking Switzerland
- Management, coaching, and development of Service Managers, project managers, and OnSite/Deskside teams
- Guarantee of service quality, compliance with SLAs, and stability of client processes, governance, escalations, and reporting
- Active contribution to acquisition activities through expertise in the preparation of offers (feasibility, costs, risks, planning)
- Close collaboration with sales and solutions teams during client calls and decision-making processes
- Contribution to regional strategy and commercial development
- Guarantee of compliance with standards, regulations, and guidelines
Your profile
- Confirmed management experience within services and/or projects
- Solid experience in the OnSite and Workplace services environment (Deskside, on-site technical support)
- Very good understanding of Service Delivery models, SLAs, KPIs, and governance
- Excellent knowledge of the market and clients in the Swiss ICT environment, ideally in French-speaking Switzerland
- Experience in collaboration with commercial teams and solution units
- Ability to link Delivery and Business aspects (feasibility, costs, quality)
- Strong customer and solution orientation, ease in exchanges with clients and management
- Very good knowledge of French and English, both oral and written; knowledge of German is appreciated
