Your Tasks

• Engineering responsibility for internal and external services in the field of high-voltage cable systems, including budget management
• Definition of design standards for high-voltage cable systems and their continuous development
• Concept development for transport, installation, assembly, and secondary systems
• Analysis of technical specifications for cables and accessories in the high-voltage sector
• Conducting technical calculations as well as economic evaluations and feasibility studies
• Development of customer-specific system solutions considering costs, benefits, and risks
• Creation of technical documentation in tender, bidding, and project phases
• Technical support for sales, including customer consulting and on-site appointments
• Accompanying internal development projects for the advancement of products and processes
• Optimization of internal engineering tools and software solutions
• Technical leadership of a small engineering team
• Coordination of interfaces with project management, laboratory, R&D, and external partners
• Quality assurance of engineering outputs and technical standards
• Contribution to bid strategies through technical evaluation and risk assessment

Your Profile

• Completed electrical engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification
• 5+ years of engineering experience in a technically demanding environment
• Project management competence in engineering or technology projects
• Practical experience in high-voltage projects and installation topics is an advantage
• Initial leadership experience or clear willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• Strong analytical skills and pronounced conceptual thinking
• High degree of initiative and goal- and results-oriented working style
• Pronounced problem-solving competence in complex technical issues
• Confident communication with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Convincing presence in technical and organizational discussions
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Team-oriented working style and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Willingness to contribute to day-to-day business alongside strategic tasks
• High resilience and flexibility in a dynamic technical environment
