You will be in charge of managing and supervising a team of project managers. You will be responsible to the General Management for the proper conduct of projects, client satisfaction and the achievement of the company's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate and support project managers in managing their missions
- Define priorities, allocate resources and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs and quality
- Participate in defining project development strategies and their implementation
- Ensure communication with various stakeholders: clients, suppliers, internal departments
- Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvement plans
- Provide technical and methodological support to project managers
