Head of Projects Managers - Machines spéciales (H/F)

About

You will be in charge of leading and supervising a team of project managers. You will be responsible to the General Management for the proper conduct of projects, customer satisfaction and the achievement of the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and support project managers in managing their missions
• Define priorities, allocate resources and ensure deadlines, costs and quality are met
• Participate in defining project development strategies and their implementation
• Ensure communication with various stakeholders: clients, suppliers, internal departments
• Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvement plans
• Provide technical and methodological support to project managers

Qualifications

• Higher education in engineering or equivalent
• Proven experience in project management and management in an industrial sector (e.g.: special machines, automation, mechanics, semiconductors...)
• Proven managerial skills: leadership, listening, organization and team spirit
• Excellent analytical, synthesis and decision-making skills
• Mastery of project management tools (MS Project, ERP, etc.) and associated methodologies
• Leadership, proactivity, vision
• Languages: French, English and German = fluent / other language = an asset
