Build the Public-Sector Hub - Shape the Future of SAP!

Your Challenge

You will further develop this Public Sector hub in Bern – commercially, strategically, and operationally. You will develop this business with federal, cantonal, municipal, and state-related organizations, while also ensuring that these customers continue to work successfully with SAP long-term after Go-Live. You will therefore be:

• Market developer
• Trusted Advisor for our customers
• Driver for long-term customer relationships

In short: You turn projects into strategic partnerships.

What you will specifically achieve

• You will develop the Bern location into a leading Public Sector location
• You will expand this strong network in the public sector
• You will identify new customers and opportunities in the Public Sector
• You will support customers throughout the entire lifecycle after Go-Live
• You will define their SAP strategy and roadmap for the coming years together with them
• You will ensure that operations, services, and further development work together optimally
• You will lead teams around Application Management Services, SAP Basis & Platform Operations, and Adopt & Operate
• You will be responsible for service quality, renewals, and sustainable customer development
• You will work closely with management, sales, consulting, and SAP

Who we are looking for

You are a good fit if you:

• Have experience in SAP Consulting, Service Management, or Account Management
• Really know the Public Sector in the Bern region
• Bring a strong network in the public sector
• Understand complex SAP transformations and service models
• Have experience with SAP licensing models and long-term customer contracts
• Can lead and develop teams
• Enjoy taking responsibility and don't wait for instructions
