Your Responsibilities
- Align recruiting consistently with strategic needs and translate business priorities into an effective hiring strategy.
- Develop a central service delivery for recruiting in Germany and advance the operating model with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and transparency.
- Manage recruiting end-to-end based on sound data and make conscious trade-offs between speed, quality, and cost.
- Optimize and scale existing digital solutions specifically along clear business requirements to sustainably increase impact and efficiency.
- Position recruiting as a strategic partner in close coordination with relevant stakeholders and set clear priorities.
- Take responsibility for recruiting for selected key positions yourself and ensure a high quality in the selection process.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in leading recruiting teams, ideally in a decentralized environment.
- Proven track record of scaling recruiting teams, not just stabilizing them.
- Experience in further developing existing recruiting or HR operating models and bringing efficiency and clarity to existing structures without starting from scratch.
- Experience in organizations that have undergone change and being part of the solution.
- Understanding of how transformation works in practice, not just in theory.
- Understanding of how AI and automation are changing recruiting and having an opinion on where it makes sense and where it doesn't.
- Thinking in terms of impact, not activity.
- Ability to start without a perfect plan but build one while executing.
