About the Role:

Our client, a specialized Enterprise Financial Services advisory firm, is looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to play a pivotal role in "Building the Future of Financial Services," contributing to three core domains: Strategic Transformations, AI/Data Analytics & Cybersecurity. You will own the full talent lifecycle: finding, attracting, and closing exceptional people at every level, while building the infrastructure and employer brand.

High ownership. High visibility. You sit with the management team, work directly with the Founders, and shape who we become.

What you will do:

  • End-to-End Recruiting: Drive the hiring process from creation of meaningful job profiles to onboarding, including screening, interviewing and hiring great candidates.
  • Active Sourcing: Identify suitable recruiting channels and platforms on which you establish effective sourcing techniques.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional positive experience throughout the whole candidate journey and build a strong talent network.
  • University Cooperation & Partnerships: Establish and expand university relationships to build strong networks with young talents and high potentials.
  • Ambassador Role: Being the first point of contact for candidates, you will represent our client's values and culture throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Employer Branding: Drive innovative projects on Employee Value Proposition and conduct impactful events.
  • Measuring Hiring Success: Monitor, analyze and review recruitment metrics regularly to ensure hiring goals are met.

Your Profile:

Required Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience: Full-cycle recruiting in a high-pressure, hyper-selective environment — e.g. scaling a tech company from 50 to 200+ FTEs (Series A → C) or a PE buy-and-build. Proven track record of landing exceptional, international talent.
  • Network & Reach: Moves comfortably across worlds — from MBB partners and Csuite executives to top-tier candidates at target universities. Opens doors at every level.
  • Technology Proficiency: Deep hands-on experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter at scale. You don’t just use tools, you build scalable systems around them.
  • Stakeholder Management: Trusted advisor to senior leadership. Challenge the status quo, don’t just take briefs.
  • Growth Mindset: Deep curiosity for people. Listen sharply. Thrive on challenges, learn from setbacks, and never never stop moving forward or ever give up.
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven by default. Use metrics to optimize, not just report.
  • Organizational Prowess: Run a tight operation. High standards, decisive, zero loose ends.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, direct, persuasive, with candidates and internal stakeholders alike.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English.
