About the role

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Head of Solutions Architect / Presales Engineer to lead presales activities and provide technical expertise throughout the sales lifecycle. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team and clients to design tailored solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support during the sales process, including demos, presentations, and POCs

• Design and propose customized solutions based on client needs

• Develop technical proposals, architecture designs, and implementation plans

• Engage with customers to understand challenges and recommend solutions

• Prepare and respond to RFPs/RFIs

• Create and maintain technical documentation

• Support sales strategy and technical discussions

• Lead and mentor the presales team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 8–10 years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, or technical sales

• Strong technical and solution architecture background

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Customer-focused with strong stakeholder management skills

• Proven leadership and team collaboration experience

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with enterprise solutions and system integrations

• Knowledge of current industry trends and emerging technologies
