Head of Talent Acquisition – India GCC | #Chennai

We are scaling our India GCC rapidly and looking for a visionary Head of Talent Acquisition to build a high‑performance hiring engine. This role goes beyond recruitment — you will design a data‑driven, AI‑enabled talent supply chain that fuels global growth.


What You’ll Own

  • Talent Strategy: Define and execute a hiring strategy aligned with global workforce plans, ensuring the right talent is available at the right time.
  • Pipeline Building: Create always‑on talent pipelines across tech, leadership, and niche skills to support continuous business growth.
  • Hiring Excellence: Drive improvements in speed, quality, and diversity of hiring through structured processes and strong governance.
  • AI & Analytics: Implement AI‑driven sourcing, screening, and hiring analytics to improve efficiency and predict hiring needs.
  • Employer Branding: Position the GCC as a top employer by building strong market presence across campus, lateral, and niche hiring channels.
  • Vendor Optimization: Manage and optimize recruitment partners while increasing direct sourcing efficiency and reducing dependency.
