• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Technical Operations within the Insurance Industry.
• Brokerage experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting, claims, and policy administration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• CIIN certification is required.
