About The Job

The CTO will lead the technical and engineering function of the organization, ensuring that products and projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering, design, and technical operations teams.
• Develop and implement technical strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and technical quality benchmarks.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in engineering processes and solutions.
• Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to ensure the feasibility and efficiency of projects.
• Mentor and develop technical staff, building a high-performance engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant discipline).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical leadership, preferably in elevators, construction, or engineering sectors.
• Strong knowledge of African market technical requirements preferred.
• Proven track record in project management, technical innovation, and team leadership.
