Exciting opportunity to join a leading global Tier 1 BESS Supplier as their Technical Product Head, North America.

This is for a true technical product leader with hands-on experience building utility-scale BESS products, with direct involvement in 0 to 1 product development.

This role is positioned as a Technical Product Head for the North America market, responsible for product ownership and technical direction of utility-scale energy storage systems.

This is a technical product leadership role, not a commercial or GTM role. The focus is on defining products, guiding technical direction, and working closely with global R&D teams.

Key Requirement

The ideal candidate must meet all of the following criteria:

• Hands-on experience developing utility-scale BESS products, preferably in the 5MWh class or similar
• Direct involvement in 0 to 1 product development, including product definition, architecture, and launch
• Strong technical depth in battery systems, PCS, EMS, and system integration
• Ability to engage deeply with R&D teams and challenge technical decisions at the architecture level
• Proven experience owning product decisions rather than supporting or translating requirements

This role requires someone who can operate as a true technical product owner, not a coordinator or solution integrator.

The role requires someone who has personally built and owned energy storage products and can define technical direction.

This is not a sales or solution role. The ideal candidate must be capable of leading product development at a system level and influencing R&D decisions
