Remote Position & Hours
This is a remote position where you will live and work outside the United States from your own home. We provide training for all job duties. Please note that you will not be an employee of High Rise Financial, as you will be working from your native country, outside of the United States.
- Hours: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm US PST (with 30 mins clocked out lunch)
- Days: Monday – Friday (U.S. Pacific Standard time zone hours)
What You'll Do
As a Training Project Manager, your duties will encompass a blend of administrative support and operational project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead training and development projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to align with business goals and drive successful outcomes.
- Training Program Design & Development: Create engaging and effective training programs for new hires and existing staff, incorporating adult learning principles and relevant industry knowledge.
- Documentation and SOP Creation: Develop and maintain comprehensive training documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Performance Analysis & Improvement: Evaluate training program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance employee performance.
- Progress Reporting and Alignment: Provide regular project updates to the director, ensuring project alignment with overall departmental goals and objectives.
- Manage a spectrum of tasks, both one-off assignments and ongoing projects, with a focus on prioritization and timely execution.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment, and demonstrate sound decision-making skills when presented with multiple options for advancing project objectives.
What You'll Need
Mandatory Requirements:
- At least two years’ experience as a project manager (Running training and User Acceptance Testing)
- At least two years experience in leading and delivering training programs
- A college degree (preferred not required)
- Fluency and clarity in English
- Strong familiarity with US culture is highly valued, and residency in the US would be an advantageous
- Project Management Google Certification, PMP or Prince2 Certification (preferred not required)
- English fluency: Must be able to speak and write in English fluently and clearly.
- Quiet workspace: A dedicated, quiet place at home to work.
- Reliable internet access: Consistent and reliable internet for work tasks.
- Your own computer (with a camera), and consent to install computer monitoring software as part of company policy.
- Bank account or alternative method: A bank account or payment method that accepts wire transfers is required.
