HEAD, PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO)

The Role

You will report directly to the Divisional CEO and own the entire project governance framework at ipNX, setting standards, driving delivery excellence, and ensuring every strategic initiative lands on time, within scope, and within budget. This is a build-and-lead mandate, not a coordination role.

What You Will Own

• Define and maintain ipNX's project management methodology, standards, and tools
• Oversee the full project portfolio — prioritisation, resource allocation, and performance tracking
• Support Technical Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery
• Lead stakeholder management and serve as the executive escalation point for all project issues
• Drive change management initiatives across the organisation
• Develop and manage the PMO budget and evaluate PM tooling

You Are the Right Fit If You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, 2.1 or Uppercredit
• PMP®, PRINCE2®, or PgMP® certification — this is mandatory, not optional
• 10–12 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior project/programme management role
• Proven portfolio and programme management experience in a large-scale ICT or telecoms environment
• Strong command of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent PM tools

Bonus/Added Advantage:

• MBA
• Agile/Scrum certification
• Telecoms or ICT service delivery background

Do Not Apply If:

• You hold fewer than 10 years of project management experience
• You do not have an active PMP®, PRINCE2®, or PgMP® certification
• You have never led a PMO or managed an enterprise-level project portfolio
