Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in BPO, remote staffing, or professional services, with exposure to US clients/time zones.
  • At least 2 years in a recruitment leadership, team lead, or senior recruiter role, managing or mentoring recruiters and interfacing directly with demanding stakeholders (sales, founders, senior clients).
  • Strong end-to-end recruitment knowledge, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing recruitment teams.
  • Proven ability to own client-facing recruitment conversations, especially for new clients and complex roles, and to translate feedback into clear, actionable profiles.
  • Strong understanding of how recruitment connects to downstream operations (contracts, payroll, onboarding, contractor relations).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking, analyzing, and reporting on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Confident problem-solver with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Comfort with recruitment and CRM tools; able to simplify processes rather than over-complicate them.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Package & Remuneration

Salary on offer is between R50-R60k Gross
