Responsibilities

• Leading employees in terms of expertise and personnel, developing teams and fostering collaboration
• Planning and coordinating operational tasks and mastering interfaces between different specialist areas
• Actively participating in operations and exciting projects
• IT strategy to actively shape Finnova's services and create measurable value for the company and our customers
• Active exchange with our customers and operational partners

Qualifications

• Several years of leadership experience in personnel and technical management of IT teams
• In-depth know-how in building and operating modern IT infrastructures and platforms (e.g., cloud environments, container technologies, or complex application landscapes)
• Experience in ensuring highly available, performant, and trouble-free IT operations
• Strategic ability to develop and implement technological roadmaps
• Industry knowledge from the financial sector or a similarly highly regulated environment, familiar with the requirements for information security, compliance, and risk management
