In unserem MaP Engineering CEW Team bist du für das Coaching und die Unterstützung unserer Projektleiter sowie Auftragnehmer in der Schweiz, Süddeutschland, Haut-Rhin und Italien verantwortlich und bringst deine sicherheitstechnischen Fachkenntnisse aktiv ein.

Wir suchen eine motivierte und umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit, die ihre Erfahrungen rund um Health & Safety in unserer Projektabteilung einbringt. Hauptarbeitsort ist Würenlingen AG.

What you can expect:

• You promote a sustainable safety culture ("Safety First") at all project levels
• You accompany the safe planning and implementation of major projects in compliance with all national and corporate H&S standards
• You advise project management, construction management, and contractors on all H&S issues
• You are responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of H&S concepts for major projects
• You support the execution of hazard assessments, risk analyses, and safety inspections on construction sites
• You organize the execution of safety briefings, training courses, and workshops for employees and external companies
• You coordinate internal and external resources in their deployment for project and construction site monitoring
• You monitor compliance with H&S guidelines, legal regulations, and internal company H&S standards on project construction sites
• You support project managers in selecting and evaluating contractors regarding their H&S performance
• In collaboration with project and line managers, you investigate accidents, near misses, and safety-related incidents and ensure continuous improvement
• You create and maintain generic H&S documentation, prepare reports, and report key performance indicators (KPIs)

What you bring:

• You have completed training/a degree as a safety engineer or safety specialist
• You have experience in project management in the cement industry or a comparable industrial environment
• You have sound knowledge of project management and ideally experience in international or cross-cluster project structures
• You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken (French and Italian are an advantage)
• You are a communicative, team- and customer-oriented personality with a strong passion for Health & Safety
