HonorVet Technologies is seeking a full-time Healthcare Account Manager to support healthcare client relationships, recruitment delivery, business development, and account growth. This role requires strong client-facing skills, healthcare staffing knowledge, and the ability to coordinate closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams.

Responsibilities
Account Planning
- Establish and maintain key MSP/VMS client relationships to support recruiting goals, offers, and hires.
- Develop account plans covering client relationships, requisition flow, recruiting opportunities, and revenue potential.
- Track client needs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Business Development
- Build and manage a portfolio of healthcare client accounts.
- Schedule weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly client meetings as required.
- Identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth.
- Represent the company during client meetings, conferences, networking events, and business discussions.
Client Delivery
- Oversee the recruitment life cycle for specialized healthcare roles.
- Work closely with delivery teams to align submissions with client requirements.
- Review, analyze, and submit qualified healthcare professional profiles.
- Ensure service excellence and timely follow-up with clients and candidates.
Negotiation and Onboarding
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and clients to support smooth onboarding.
- Assist with rate or salary negotiations as needed.
- Ensure clear communication between candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Communication
- Maintain regular status updates and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
- Ensure timely, professional, and consistent communication.
- Support internal coordination to meet client expectations.
