Project Manager

Our healthcare client is seeking a Project Manager to provide leadership and oversight of design and construction activities for a portfolio of small, medium, and large-scale seismic upgrade projects within California.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field. Equivalent experience (5+ years) in healthcare construction project management will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in project management of construction projects and experience in healthcare capital projects within California.
• Demonstrated working knowledge and hands-on experience with project construction budgets, financial controls, and reporting.
• Proven experience in successful project delivery of healthcare capital projects, including hospital renovations, expansions, or new construction.
• Ability to facilitate project design and construction related meetings and presentations with diverse stakeholder groups, including Hospital leadership.
• Understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and building codes relevant to acute care facilities in California.
• Knowledge of California's healthcare regulatory landscape, specifically OSHPD/HCAI requirements, submission processes, inspection protocols, and interaction with plan reviewers and field representatives.
