Job Overview

In this role, you will design, build, and optimize data pipelines and architectures essential for our cutting‑edge digital products. Essential Functions

• Develop and maintain efficient and scalable data pipelines and ETL processes for extensive, intricate datasets.
• Optimize data workflows for enhanced performance, reliability, and cost‑effectiveness.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance in a highly regulated environment.
• Support AI‑driven applications and advanced analytics initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data‑related challenges across multiple systems and platforms.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands‑on experience with distributed data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data warehousing solutions.
• Solid understanding of data governance and security best practices.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• Experience with API integrations and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and advanced analytics.
• Background in healthcare data and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.

Compensation

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $87,000.00 – $217,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on several factors including qualifications, experience, location, and work schedule. Additional compensation may include incentive plans, bonuses, and benefits.
