We are looking for a detail-oriented Healthcare Product Manager to work closely with our clients in defining project requirements, developing robust project plans, and managing the necessary resources for contracting. This role is crucial in aligning our client's needs with our execution teams, ensuring timely delivery and successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Client Collaboration & Requirement Gathering
- Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct thorough discussions with clients to capture their business requirements and convert them into actionable project scopes.
- Partner with clients to understand their goals, deliverables, timelines, and budget limitations.
Project Planning & Coordination
- Create detailed project plans that include timelines, milestones, resources, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that are aligned with client expectations and business objectives.
- Work with internal teams (technical, creative, and development) to ensure project requirements are feasible and aligned.
Capture of Level of Effort (LOE)
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to assess the level of effort for various project components, including resource allocation and time estimates.
- Analyze and document LOE data to prepare accurate project cost estimates for contracting purposes.
Contracting & Budgeting
- Ensure that project plans and LOE align with contractual agreements and client expectations.
- Monitor project budget compliance, manage scope changes, and facilitate necessary change management processes.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
- Maintain consistent communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and upper management.
- Provide regular updates, risk assessments, and detailed reports on project progress.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential risks and issues that could affect project timelines, costs, or quality.
Project Execution & Delivery
- Oversee day-to-day project execution, ensuring timely and on-target delivery of all outputs.
- Facilitate ongoing project meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment.
- Serve as a point of escalation for any project-related challenges.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- PMP or similar certification is advantageous.
Experience
- 5+ years in project management, emphasizing client relations and complex project scoping.
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and timely project delivery.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and estimate LOE for contracts.
Skills
- Strong communication abilities with clients and teams to define requirements and project scope.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing LOE, project feasibility, and risks.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to handle simultaneous projects.
- Ability to interact with stakeholders across all levels, from technical teams to executive leadership.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range from $97,500 to $199,500 per year, with eligibility for bonuses and equity.
