We are on the lookout for an experienced, dynamic Healthcare Project Manager who specializes in uniting teams and successfully delivering projects within scope, schedule, and budget.

In this key role, located at a client site in the Los Angeles area and reporting to the Program Manager, you will lead projects from the initial concept to completion. You will work closely with a team of project managers to ensure that all initiatives align with program objectives. Your leadership will be essential in overseeing project delivery, resolving complex construction challenges, and providing effective guidance to Owner’s Authorized Representatives (OARs).

As the onsite Owner's Representative, you will take charge of project progress, technical execution, and adeptly manage the project’s scope, schedule, budget, materials, and safety practices. You will also mentor project engineers and construction teams, fostering their professional growth and development. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and substantial related experience.
  • 7+ years of relevant design and construction project management experience, specifically with education or healthcare buildings.
  • Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction processes, building systems/components, technology solutions, contract management (GMP/lump sum), project delivery methods, team building, and client relationship management.
  • Proficient in vendor procurement, change order negotiation, budget and schedule management, operational governance, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Ideally, You'll Also Have:

  • Experience with Design Assist Delivery.
  • Certification as a Construction Manager (CCM).
