Healthcare QA Engineer (NABH & EMR Specialist)

Responsibilities

• Domain-Driven Testing: Perform end-to-end testing of our EMR to ensure it meets NABH 6th Edition and ABDM standards.
• Clinical Validation: Test critical hospital workflows: OPD, IPD, OT, Pharmacy, Billing, and Discharge Summaries.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct professional software demos for Doctors, Hospital Admins, and IT Heads to showcase our EMR's capabilities.
• Bug Reporting: Identify, document, and track clinical and technical bugs using tools like Jira or Excel.
• Manual & Functional Testing: Ensure the product is user-friendly for medical staff who are not tech-savvy.

Eligibility

• Must Have: At least 2 years of experience working with an HMIS or EMR product.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of hospital operations (how a patient moves from Reception to Discharge).
• Communication: Strong verbal skills to explain the product to medical professionals during demos.
• Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with ICD-10/11 coding, CPOE, and E-Prescription standards.
