Position

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our Human Resources team.

  • Full-Time, hourly, non-exempt
  • Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Day Shift
  • Location: Administrative location in midtown Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruiting process for assigned positions.
  • Posting to attract appropriate and qualified candidates.
  • Screening and assessing candidates for necessary knowledge, skills, soft skills, and aptitude.
  • Selecting candidates to move forward.
  • Working with candidates to complete onboarding tasks.
  • Develop creative recruitment solutions if operations/sites have difficulties attracting appropriate staff.
  • Sourcing candidates through databases, social media, and other tools.
  • Partner with HR team to ensure consistent talent assessment and candidate experience.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with business leaders and employees.
  • Ability to travel to company sites throughout Arizona.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years relevant recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Minimum High school diploma/GED required; Bachelors degree preferred
  • Strong research skills including cold calling
  • Well-developed critical thinking, analytical, time management, organizational, conflict resolution, and judgement skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility and influence leaders
  • Valid Arizona Driver License; 21 years old with minimum 4 years driving experience and meet driving policy
  • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or apply within 7 working days
  • Must pass a TB Test
