Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our recruiting firm. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals in a variety of clinical and non-clinical settings, including locums, allied, traveling nurses etc., as well as direct hire roles. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, and able to work independently at a fast-pace, in a remote or hybrid environment. Requires extensive phone calling, emails, as well as networking, social media, etc. This is a new, small group that we are expanding. It requires a ‘Jack of All Trades’ mentality with an ability to shift gears quickly, and be willing to jump in wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, allied health professionals, physicians, and support staff) through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen candidates through phone interviews, credential verification, and skills assessments
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
- Match candidates with appropriate client assignments based on skills, experience, and preferences
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client facilities
- Manage the offer process, including compensation negotiation and onboarding documentation
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, credentialing requirements, and company policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Track recruiting activities and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS / Bullhorn)
- Meet or exceed placement and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Candidates must have 2-5 years’ experience in agency healthcare staffing.
- A proven track record of high performance and profitability.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working with Vivian or Bullhorn is a plus
