Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. This role is crucial to the success of our staffing efforts, requiring a strong ability to source, attract, and retain top healthcare talent. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting across a variety of healthcare settings, including home health, VMS, MSPs, acute care hospitals, clinics, hospice, and behavioral health facilities. Experience with Per Diem, Full Time, Part Time, Temp to hire, Perm Placement, and contract staffing is key. This position is in office and has an option for hybrid (4 days in and 1 remote) based on performance, time within company and leadership discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Must have the ability to source candidates outside of the CRM/ATS to ensure a diverse and robust candidate pipeline are being built and added into our ATS.
- Recruitment: Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to match them with appropriate job opportunities within our client network. Provide a high level of service to both candidates and clients. Clean up and format resumes for best presentation to clients.
- VMS/MSP Experience: Utilize experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and Managed Service Providers (MSP) to effectively manage and place candidates in contract and permanent positions.
- Industry Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including acute care, home health, behavioral health, hospice, and clinics/detox, to accurately assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Outbound Calling: Conduct a minimum of 60 outbound calls per day to both warm and cold candidates to generate interest and fill open positions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term partnerships and continued success.
- Compliance: Ensure all candidates meet the necessary licensing, certification, and background check requirements for the positions they are placed in.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs, including placement rates, time-to-fill, achieving budget, and candidate satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with specific experience in home health, hospice, VMS/MSPs systems, acute care hospitals, clinics, behavioral health, and detox clinics.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM/ATS systems, as well as sourcing tools and platforms outside of these systems. Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, TextUs.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade candidates.
- Team Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within a team, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across different functions.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously.
