Our client is a fast-growing healthcare technology company focused on connecting healthcare professionals with open shifts at nursing homes and long-term care facilities across the U.S. Their mission is to make it easy for professionals to find, book, and work shifts seamlessly.
Need to Have Qualifications 1+ year of experience as an SDR or in high-volume outbound sales Proven track record of converting calls into action (booking shifts, assisting professionals) Excellent English communication skills with minimal accent, both verbal and written Ability to follow structured scripts while maintaining a natural, persuasive tone Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms Availability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Eastern Time
Nice to Have Prior experience in healthcare staffing, nursing homes, or long-term care outreach Experience with Dialpad or other telephony platforms Familiarity with lead enrichment, research tools, or AI-driven prospecting solutions Experience in remote SDR teams with structured coaching and performance tracking
Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to healthcare professionals to help them find and book shifts Provide support during calls, assisting with any issues or questions that arise Follow scripts and messaging approved by the company while maintaining a personable, human touch Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead status in Salesforce CRM Collaborate with leadership to optimize call strategies and improve conversion rates Participate in role-play exercises, coaching sessions, and feedback loops to continuously improve performance #J-18808-Ljbffr
