What You’ll Do:

• High-Volume Outreach: Conduct 50+ calls daily, supported by strategic emailing to stay top-of-mind with candidates.
• End-to-End Sourcing: Identify and screen top-tier healthcare professionals across Canada.
• Clinical Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our Internal Clinical Team to ensure quality placements.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain constant communication with your network to ensure a "ready-to-go" talent pool.
• Contract Oversight: Edit and manage candidate contracts with high attention to detail.
• Startup Agility: Adapt to new roles and challenges as we scale—no two days are the same!

What You Bring:

• Experience: 1+ years in a healthcare staffing agency (Essential).
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with an ATS (Bullhorn preferred).
• Energy: You don't just "do" the phone; you love the phone. You bring a "win the day" attitude.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Background: A sales-minded approach to recruitment is a significant plus.
