What You’ll Own

• Full-cycle recruiting: source, recruit, interview, place, and retain clinicians
• Build and grow your pipeline through calls, job boards, social media, and networking
• Match healthcare professionals with high-demand travel and PRN opportunities
• Develop lasting relationships with clinicians and facility partners
• Drive your own success while contributing to team goals

• Full-time | On-site in West Fargo, ND
• Must be able to commute (no relocation assistance)
• 8-hour shifts + on-call as needed
