We are seeking a Healthcare Recruitment Specialist to support U.S based ABA therapy providers by sourcing and hiring qualified behavioral therapists and clinical staff.

This role involves managing the recruitment pipeline, screening candidates, and coordinating the hiring process from application through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and screen resumes for therapist and clinical roles

• Conduct candidate outreach and screening interviews

• Manage job postings on recruitment platforms

• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records

• Coordinate candidate documentation and hiring requirements

• Communicate consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet hiring targets

Skills & Experience

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• Strong communication and interviewing skills

• Excellent organization and multitasking ability

• Experience with recruitment platforms or applicant tracking systems preferred

• Healthcare recruitment experience is advantageous

Work Schedule & Requirements

• Hours: Mon – Fri, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM SAST (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST), subject to change depending on USA daylight savings.

• Public Holidays: You will be required to work on both South African and US public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA).

• Internet: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.

• Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.

• Environment: Fully remote.
