In this role, you will set a strategic sales vision, foster profitable growth, and guarantee excellence throughout the healthcare sales lifecycle. Leveraging a deep understanding of healthcare marketing, digital advertising, regulatory considerations, and patient engagement strategies, you will deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that create tangible results for our clients.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary ranging from $105,000 to $150,000, along with commission opportunities that can bring total earnings to a potential $161,000-$210,000.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Profitable Growth: Achieve or surpass revenue goals by leading high-performing teams, holding them accountable to performance metrics, and aligning client objectives with their key performance indicators for successful outcomes.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for healthcare clients, utilizing our proprietary and third-party digital offerings such as display, video, email, social media, search, SEO, OTT/CTV, DOOH, and sponsorships.
  • Talent Development: Cultivate a high-performing sales team knowledgeable in healthcare, while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and learning to achieve shared goals.
  • Data-as-a-Service Expertise: Promote the use of data-driven solutions, including audience segmentation, data integration, and predictive analytics, to help healthcare clients enhance their outreach and return on investment.
  • AI Integration: Lead the incorporation of AI tools in campaigns to improve personalization, sales enablement, and forecasting, while identifying growth opportunities in the healthcare sector.
  • Client Success Focus: Ensure exceptional client outcomes through consultative selling, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination with marketing, operations, and data teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of ten years of successful sales experience, including at least five years in sales leadership roles focused on building and coaching teams.
  • Five or more years of healthcare sales experience or equivalent digital marketing expertise, with a steady record of meeting sales goals and driving revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse sales team.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data to guide strategic decisions and data-driven initiatives.
  • High proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and sales performance tracking tools.

This role is remote but requires reliable transportation for regular client meetings, team collaborations, and industry events.
