Overview

We are a healthcare staffing company seeking a full-cycle Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Woodland Hills, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent sourcing, pre-screening, and initial onboarding of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates using our company's database and various recruiting tools, including Indeed, Vivian, and other job boards.
• Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct pre-screens and interviews to assess candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the team.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Communicate daily with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide timely updates.
• Promote the company's reputation as the "best place to work" to attract top talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proven work experience as a recruiter in the healthcare industry.
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes and recruiting software (e.g., Zoho Recruit, TSS, Salesforce).
• Familiarity with Indeed, Vivian, and other job boards is important.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic, autonomy, and self-motivation.
