We are looking for someone who can run recruiting operations like a system, not a task list. This role sits at the center of hiring, driving scheduling, candidate experience, communication, and execution at a high level.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Own high-volume, complex interview scheduling across multiple time zones
- Act as the communication hub between candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams
- Maintain a high-quality candidate experience through clear, timely, and professional communication
- Identify scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and process gaps before they impact hiring
- Track pipelines, deadlines, and interview stages with precision
- Support and execute recruiting initiatives across multiple roles and teams
- Ensure all interview logistics, documentation, and follow-ups are accurate and timely

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or high-volume recruiting
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar)
- Experience with virtual interview platforms and scheduling tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping quality
- Experience supporting teams across different time zones (EST/PST/Central required)
