Key Responsibilities

• Manage contract documents and project correspondence
• Collaborate on construction plans and engineering methods
• Develop Project Execution Plans and conduct startup meetings
• Oversee project schedules and compliance by all parties
• Ensure efficient project close-out and final reporting

Requirements

• Eight years of project management experience in high-rise construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and management practices
• Proven conflict management and problem resolution skills
• Familiarity with Procore or similar software
• PMP Certification required
